it's not a section 59, i did ask him about it (thought I was being a cheeky fecker), I already have a section 59 on me and my old car, he told me that it's a kindof warning (this asbo), and that it will go on police computer but won't be down as an offense or anything like that, all we were doing were talking about my friends new polo coupe and they say we've been pipping horns, drifting and wheel spinning
