wouldnt mind but you would of thought that after pulling a 21 year old car that was sat on its arse as it was full of lugage, had 3 adults and a child in it, that had "illegal plates" on it he would at least have checked for other defects i.e tyres ect. but nope just issued me with a £60 fine and off he went, what happend to the 14 days grace period to get so called defects sorted? till got to get new plates and have it checked at mot station but seeing as there legal will just pop it in and be on me way.
