RX II's are 2 piece wheels, by that I mean barrel and centre. No separate lip that you would need to put wider dishes on. So to answer your question, no it is not possible.
You would need a 3 piece "split-rim", Centre, barrel and lip (dish). think Giotti's, BBS RS etc.
