so i upgraded my phone last week, got a new contract and was told ide be on the same tarif as my old contract which was unlimited texts and internet and 900 minits, on the peice of paper you sign it says 'tarif : same as previous.'
but when i went on the my tmobile website it came up saying i only have 900 mins and 500 texts and thats it, now ive been using my phone for a week and have used up about 5 quids worth of internet charges thinking i get unlimited internet also i have worked up about 1 quids worth of charges for going over my texts.
so what can i do, do they have to give me the same tarif as previously as thats what i signed for? do they have to cancel the £6 odd worth of charges ive ran up?
anyone whos been in a simelar situation?
(before anyone says go see them ive rang up and they couldnt do anything so im going to the carphone warehouse tonight to see what i can do but just wondering as im not that clued up on contracts etc.)
