Hi there just wondering wot I need to do to get my mk2 gti to pop!!!

Turbo it, or fit carbs and switch off whilst rolling, flood engine and re-start for the biggest bang possible

Same thing again with carbs not cheap

Take off your exhaust, then rob a scaffolding pole and weld that to your down pipe.

mine pops completely standard as it has no cat, just downshift for a good pop

Mine pops with stainless Jetex. I'd rather it didn't

all about making sure your ignition is out. my old 8v popped and banged like a mother.... Never could get that timing right... haha
