It only takes 2 minutes to spray paint a bottom end, top ends are usually ok, so just a quick go over the rocker cover and all is well!  :smiley:

even just quick paintin the block makes things look loads better lem take a look at my 8v lump now that its rebuilt with a lick of paint it transforms it .....



just makes things look tidier

still not convinced lads. i would rather clean it all up and paint the rocker and the sump. maybe my inlet. cba with the block. although it might happen at this rate

nay aswell liam it doesnt take long to do and if ur clening up and painting the bay the engines gunna luck worse in contrast next to the clean and tidy bay..

also congratulations liam  :laugh: your build thread has a more up to date picture of what i've been upto on my car than my thread has  :cool:

No1s ever goi.g to see my pay. Gotta get paint for pay any way. Changed direction. Wherls are now off black and then the bays a secret.

today was a slow day at the office. So i thought i may aswell start on the engine bay. been meaning too for a while now. so 1st off was taking the wings off (one needs replacing) and the front end.

i then got the trusty engine crane out to pull the 16v lump out.

removed all my wiring and anything else that was easilly removed

sprayed 1st layer

sprayed second layer

some needs flattening back and redoing before the final touches get put on it. still waiting to hear back from a guy about that though

in other news the wheels are now either going black.
