Galletto 1260

Iv been looking at a local company that sell Galletto 1260 and the map file for 1.8t agu golf and its a goo price.
Does anyone have any experience of these and the ,aps and are they any good?

Not a bad tool, I can do what it says but has no recovery function of a flash fails,  which mean another tool or method would be needed to fix the ecu.

And it don't cover the agu ecu sorry to say, ARZ AUM and AUQ only.

Dont supose you guys at r-tech do a mobile service in wiltshire?
Iv spoken to a local company and they do the REVO but at a staggering £299 which means it would be cheaper for me to drive to hinkly and see you guys in person....

Hi Gavin,

About the company that is selling the tool and the map it's hard to gauge how good the tool and map is without knowing who they are, have you researched them on the internet?

May I also ask how good is this good price they have offered you?

If it's a good company your after then the best way to find out is use google and search for genuine feedback, don't get caught up with fake feedback... Lol

Amongst the professional mobile tuning tools I use in my kitbag, I have to admit to having a 1260 in there too.. useful for when you just want to flash a file and are confident if things don't go to plan.  Not for the faint hearted if you have to do a recovery though.

I gave mine away a few years back :-( it was the fastest tool I have ever used, 1 min right edc15 vag and 34sec on edc15c12.

All the 1.8t 20v AGUs came with cable, the rest of the mk4 range are all me7 drive by wire.
