Mk4 Golf V6 4Motion Front Brake Calipers & Carriers do they a fit vr6

hi im trying to find out if i can fit Mk4 Golf V6 4Motion Front Brake Calipers & Carriers & discs 312mm on to my 1995 mk3 vr6 with a 280mm setup i know that will need at least 16inch wheels to fit them in.please can anyone help

depends on the alloys size you have on now, you should be able to get away with 17's, could i ask why your doing the 312mm convo?

Might not be needed, I tried a 16" steel on mine today and it cleared fine.

the reason for the bigger brakes is the 280mm brakes are rubbish m8 just want to stop a bit better thanks for help people

Why not fit better quality pads and discs.
