my 16v new project car. 17" Alloys?
« on: 11 April 2005, 12:45 »
Hello everyone. Just got myself a 69,000 mile 3 door green 16V.

First thing's first was to put the stereo/TV/DVD in (one problem after another with that!)
Second, I've got crystal Angel headlights and just fiited them yesterday.
Next weekend I'm putting lower springs on (the standard dampers were only replaced 5,000 miles ago)
Then new grill & debadging and maybe some black plastic colour coding.

NOW PEOPLES HELP & OPINIONS PLEASE: Which 17" alloys do you think would suit?? I'm after 'the modern/subtle/classy look'

I've seen some 17" Audi RS6 chunky 5 spoke style, but have since gone off them. (LIKE THESE) but maybe would prefer some cheap alternative BBS style.

Hi, i went for 6 spoke audi tt wheels ,they look great but you cant lower it to much on standard bodywork as they are a wide wheel !
but have now got some porsche 16" that may be going on , so will be selling the tt rims ,

Will photoshop a few pics later to help me choose.
