bring on the end of the month, getting the friday off work so i'll have a 4 day weekend to really crack on with the old gir! :D

list of things i aim to fit...

coilovers
strut brace
new discs and pads all round
stainless manifold and full stainless exhaust system
5 stud 25mm adaptors
alloys
pressed number plates

bearing in mind i've always had a garage do all the work on my previous cars i'm determined to do all the work myself, should all be fairly simple if i just take my time and be methodical, only thing i'm worried about is the manifold and decat pipe, may have to get a garage to do that as looks like the engine will have to be dropped a bit to get to it  :sad:

any tips on fitting any of the stuff mentioned above as i'm going in blind  :rolleyes:

Drop subframe of to do manifold mate. And jack the car up. Do it while ypur swappin frontsuspension. Should be straight forward from there.

i wouldn't know where to start dropping the subframe and don't wanna mess anything up as i'll need it for work on the tuesday!

Its 4 bolts, and another 2 on front cross member. Other way is to take front end off and lift the engine out slighly and it should give you the room to clear the subframe. I did mine when I was swapping engines over so I lifted engine out witg engine crane
