Looking pretty tidy now... nice job with getting on top of that rust... take it it wasn't too bad then.

unfortunately she got hit on a roundabout about a month or so ago so i've had to get a new drivers side door and i'm currently waiting on funds to get her back to her former glory

gonna have to get the sill sorted and get the frame and wing pulled back into shape =/ so she's currently sorned and parked up safely in my grandads workshop

i decided it was a good idea to get hold of a reliable diesel daily, of course it had to be a vdub so the only logical choice was a 1.4tdi polo, i shall be putting up a project post for that in a bit as i can't be driving round in a standard granddads car :P

so she should back from the bodyshop after having the wing, sill and door pillar pulled this weekend, ready for my mate to hit her with some filler and paint :D

in the mean time i've bought her a new heart :P

also ordering her some new shoes next weekend, thought i'd go for something a little different! never seen concave rims on a mk2 before ;)

this is now a full on project and i can't wait to get her how i want her :D

Loving where this is going bud! I reckon those wheels should look pretty damn cool once they are on. What size tyre are you gonna go for?

got her back from the body shop today! got a big weekend of filler and paint ahead of me next week! :D

also test fitted the xxr rims, they look awesome and have the perfect fitment... may need to mess about with my arches a bit though :P

comments welcome as always, hopefully there should be a constant stream of updates now :D
