Air went on almost a year ago, just got a bit bored of it now. The bodywork is starting to show it's age, and I want something that is a bit more fun to drive than a MK4 golf with stretched tyres

Tough one. I feel too 'invested' in my car to get rid of it!

What are you thinking next & how much do you see getting for your car? :undecided:

Still undecided about what to get next, MK4's are worth next to nothing hence putting it back to standard and selling all the mods on...it's the only way I'll see any of my money back.

Shame.  I have the same problem, the car is worth next to nothing now, but I don't have the cash to go out and just buy another car.  Plus it's clearly modded, and also damaged, and I don't have the time/cash or desire to take anything off the car to be honest.  So we're just running it into the ground, which could take some time as it's still only on 58k

Probably a BMW for us next, 330d Touring if we can ever stretch to it.

New car has been bought:

http://www.golfgtiforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=268746.0

Still trying to decide which one I should take to Holland next month for MIVW, I'm swaying towards keeping this one on the road and breaking it when I get back.

If anyone is after any parts off it then let me know, some stuff I can remove over the next couple of weeks, the rest will be off the car the end of the first week in august. Already got someone after the air, the rest is up for grabs.

Mods:

- 3SDM 0.06's 8.5J/9.5J with almost new tyres, one small kerb mark on one of the rears
- Votex front valance - needs a respray
- Rear tailgate with Votex spoiler
- Milltek non-res cat back
- 4Motion rear valance
- Venair TIP
- Venair boost hoses
- OCD FMIC and pipework
- S3 ARB with polybushes and custom rose jointed adjustable droplinks
- Dog bone polybushes
- US spec rear lights
- Auto-headlights kit
- Net optic trim sanded down

I'm sure there's lots more that I'll think of and add to this later on.
