That does sound pretty suspicious. Only problem is if you thought it might be them how would you go about proof? Doubt they'd keep them at their premises (if they are still there).

The only other possibility that I can think of is someone to do with Temple Alloys. They were being really awkward about re-doing the wheels, to the point that I threatened them with small claims court. The next day the wheels are stolen at the very same time their Facebook page disappears :undecided:

That is very strange and does seem very odd.

Still working on getting the funds together for wheels, will hopefully get them ordered tomorrow!

In other news, after speaking to Wazzzer I decided to order the parts to make some adjustable rose-jointed drop links. I've still got a front end knock even after replacing wishbones, ball joints, bushes and bags, pretty much the only things left are arb/drop links or engine mounts. I've got a spare pair of upper engine mounts in the shed that I'll stick on if the drop links don't cure it.

Despite it being painted 3 months ago my front splitter is a mess already, absolutely covered in stone chips, a scratch on the side from a stray branch and a war wound on the front from getting it into the ramps when I had the alignment done.

I started to touch up the stone chips using a halfords kit but got rained off. Once it's done I'll decide whether it's ok, or if I need to get it blown over properly. Regardless I've got some 3M clear paint protection vinyl to wrap it in once it's tidy.

Ever thought about coating your splitter in that chip resistant film? That you normally see round arches, If a clear on is available.
