Ok, not done much recently. Last week I decided I was sick of looking at a cracked, stone chipped valance.

I cleaned the valance, then generously applied touch up paint to most of the cracks and chips:

I left it for a couple of days to dry then set about wet sanding it with various 2000/2500/3000 grit papers:

The result was a pretty flat looking valance:

I then polished it up by hand, need to get a machine polisher on it really but the result is ok for the moment:

I also decided to remove the golf badge from the back:

Rear end is crying out for an anni spoiler and US tail lights but they'll come eventually

Nice job on the valance, what polish did you use?

Yeah, needless to say we will not be buying them

It's non-stop at the moment, have just bought a cupboard for the fridge freezer to match the rest of the kitchen....quite reasonably priced at £500.43

Polish was Menzerna Power Finish (PO203s) followed by Final Finish (PO85RD). Like I said though that was just by hand, really it needs a going over with a DA.
