Mine were touching when fitted but luckily for me it was easily spotted as the wings were off at the time.

looks good dom i had to higher my mk3 10mm to fit the 17's on with 205/40's as the outer rim on the tyre was trying to do the same on the wing  :sad: it's now perfect with a tiny rub on full lock good progress for someone who's skint  :laugh:

A couple of mm deep, I'm going to change the tyre I reckon....not sure I trust driving around with one of them like that :undecided:

Yep, very lucky....I did about 150miles with it like that :lipsrsealed:

Big thanks to Baxxy for getting some spacers to me very quickly :afro:

I stuck some 20mm hubcentrics on the rear to help the wheels fill the arches, some before & afters:
