Ok, so a fairly busy day today! Headed to Dub Unit this morning, topher had taken delivery of my Recaro seats earlier in the week so we set about fitting them shortly after I arrived.

jnufcuk had already changed the airbag plug on the drivers side to the later style so the drivers seat went straight in. We had to cut the passenger plug and change it for a later style before the passenger seat was fitted. Topher cleared the airbag light and it immediately came back on :undecided:

We checked the wiring on the drivers side plug and they all matched up, however the wires were touching slightly causing the problem. Easy fix and no more codes/warning light! I'll get a pic of the seats tomorrow!

Next I had a good look around Jord's new G60:

Next up was a trip out for some jubilee clips and KFC!

Topher managed to get me a cracking deal on some Venair boost hoses and TIP (more details about this to follow).

So the front end was stripped down and airbox removed:

I set about changing the intercooler to throttle body hose while topher removed the d/v, N75 and associated hoses.

Old pipes vs new:

See the difference in the width of the tip:

No more 'progress' pics, just the finished article! I need to change the inlet - d/v vac hose to a red one

What a b@stard this one was:

I'm aching as well, which is strange because I really didn't do too much! I blame having to push the mk2

After I washed all the dirt off I'm actually missing a fair few chunks of skin from the back of my hand! Bloody intercooler
