Remember to pop a jack under the engine before you remove your mount

Dogbone bushes changed, old bushes don't look too bad but there is a lot of movement in them as anyone at the RR day will confirm



There is a noticeable increase in vibration through the wheel and seat at idle, however it's not really any different when driving. I'll report back in a couple of weeks to see if I've got used to it or if I'm sick of it

Give 'em a bit of time to bed in I guess.  When I popped the R32 mount in I couldn't feel any difference at all    did is mainly because the engine was moving way too much!

Yup, I'll give them a while to settle themselves in. How much is yours lowered by Nige?

Eibach Pro 40mm kit.  Realistically more like 30mm though.

eBay job, and piece of p!ss to change! I went round to a guy from a local forums house for mine as I now have no-where to work on it

Jack car up, undo the 4 bolts (2x13mm & 2x16mm) and it pulls right off. Once off there is a long 16mm bolt holding the whole thing together, once that is undone it all comes apart. Clean, fit new bushes and refit....30mins job tops
