with badges i took the GOLF 1 off and left the GTI just need sharen badge now  :smiley:

If your thinking of getting a badge from the dealers do it quickly! I rang today and was told there are only 7 left in the country! I was quoted £16.92+vat and the part number is 7M 385 3630 AULM if you need it :smiley:

Keep the VW and GTI badges, loose the golf badge imo  :cool: Shaving both side badges looks cool IF the hatch handle is shaved too. That handle sticks out like a sore thumb with the badges gone  :sad:
Also, lower it  :grin:

Yeah they do have sh*t looking rear handles! Pulled straight off a side door.

Smoothed tailgate FTW then?  :grin:

 :grin: For the moment the badges are staying! I don't really like the boot handle either but I think the rear of the car would look too plain without it :undecided:

It will be lowered in good time but as i've already said i'm doing this one properly so I don't plan on cutting corners with cheap suspension. It will take time though, I could wack a set of cheap coilovers on next week but i'm not going to :wink:

Pipercross panel filter has arrived so i'm about to head out to remove the front mudflaps, paint the front calipers, smooth the airbox and fit the filter. Update to come later :cool:
