The prep for Elsecar began yesterday, I needed to top up on a few detailing products before hand so placed an order with Waxamomo last week:

I began tacking the engine bay first, it was a little grotty:

A 50/50:

Afters:

Then I decided to refit the engine cover anyway

The inlet manifold needs some attention and I need to try and disguise the red hoses at the rear of the bay.

Also de-wipered the rear and fitted the Sharan badge, however I need to get some black trim tape to stick it down with properly.

Cheers for the comments guys :afro:

Jamie - When I change the front arb I can go lower, the problem then is that the front splitter is deep and painted and is getting damaged as it is. Thinking about going back to the standard plastic one and going silly low
