Looks very nice, I nearly went for red myself but in the end chose black which looks great when clean and shiny but is a fecking pain to keep clean.
ACC is a real boost on the car and you will notice quite a significant difference between the 3 settings.
The cloth seats in the Jacara cloth add a certain classiness to the interior also I dislike VW leather quality.
I don't know if your car will have dynaudio, this adds a great deal to the sound system in the car and is a great option, if you don't have it you may need to add some kind of subwoofer to appreciate the music in your car (the dynaudio amp is under the front passenger seat).
Parking sensors I cannot comment on as I don't have them, but I did have the reverse camera retrofitted and that is a great gadget.
