I was going to get a JOM one until I found a genuine one.

Well I've just been out and finished sanding the filler and it is looking good. Nice and smooth.   Will get some primer and satin black 2moro and I'm going to pop to VW as well to hopefully get the R32 mesh grille that I need.

Finally an update on this!!

I started by removing the central slat on the right side of the grill. I tried the honeycomb on it as normal but it just didn't look right. I felt removing it looked much neater. I've trimmed the honeycomb to the shape of the central badge and the edge. All I need to do now is work out how I'm going to attach it to the grill. I'm thinking about using a soldering iron and melting the to separate parts together. Or might just do it as simple as cable ties.

More to come soon.....  :smug: :smug:

Thinking of using some black tiger seal to fix the honeycomb at the moment.
