Power steering rack

Just a quick question about the rack:

Today i blew the biggest power steering fluid leek today in halfords car park non the less (went down well)

Any way i had my suspisions that it was one of the 2 hoses that run along the subframe (the two 19mm nipples next to the pinion that go back to the res and one to the pump) anyway after removing these two pipes i saw a small pipe that runs behind them from one side of the rack to the other but could not see anyway of removing them without taking out the rack.

so basically my question is:
Is that a fluid pipe and if so can i be removed or is a new rack thats needed (if its not the 2 pipes thats leeking that is)?

If you mean hoses yes they can be replaced.

i have removed the hoses because i think its them that have the leak. but the there is a small pipe mayby 10mm in diameter which you cant see untill you have removed the hoses. and from what i can see it is attached to the rack

I hope its the hoses and no the rack that needs changed or the wife will most likely kill me,lol
