I cant help but   Sorry.

Closest I've come to this was an emergency oil change many years ago, so stressed and tired I forgot to put the sump bolt back in and filled the engine back up with oil.. Obviously all of it ended up draining straight back out again on to the floor!

Quality

LOL!
I've driven off the drive without tightening the banjo oil feed to a charger, luckly I saw the oil on the drive but did 1 yard in travel.
So lesson learned don't rush to drive without double checking everything  :lipsrsealed:

Two large unmarked bottles of blue liquid. One dark evening doing a coolant flush.

Grabbed one of said unmarked bottles of blue stuff and refilled coolant system with it.

Cleanest coolant system you've ever seen, and very successful at blowing pipes off, and creating your own foam party outside the shops down the road. Screenwash... LABEL IT!! :lipsrsealed:

  I had a 106 as my first car :lipsrsealed:  and bought some oil at a petrol station for a quick top up.... I missed the filler hole and poured it all over the red hot exhaust manifold, It went up in flames of course.  I will never forget the womans face (or arse as she ran away) who was filling up her car next to me.

I topped up a pas system with water once, in my defence it was on a Renault Laguna and it is bolted to the radiator.

I was trying to make the OP feel better about their mistake and look what I've started.     Ah well, I'm sure we've all made a stupid error at least once.
