Hi I have bought a smoothed boot lid from evilbay :evil: I can't work out where is best to mount my number plate and number plate light photos and ideas please guys!!!!

most ppl fit the number plate into there bumper, u can buy a section for it but cant remember where sorry

Max power me be a bit gay but the Haynes max power Golf modifying book has actually got some really good sh*t in it includin number plate recesses......................just had a look for ya and it doesnt say where to get them from, sorry dude! recommend the book though!!  :wink:

i think, and it is only a think that www.swgmotorsport.com do the recesses and cost about £50. have a look at my project section for the same idea. i bought the bumper like that but before i had an extra lip under my rear bumper that i screwed the numberplate to and cut a light into the bumper. it looked ok but was a bit of a cheap fix.
