help on sig?

can some1 help? its not working

it cant be too big because some of your sigs are bigger than mine. but it says its too big. i dont understand (max 65 x 65) ?

Yep, I reckon I know what your problem is, you're trying to put a pic in the 'Personalized Picture' part of your profile, in which case max size is 65 x 65. This is the pic that appears on the left hand side of a post, not the one at the bottom.
Go down to the next section in your profile and under 'Signature' type the following, removing the asterix:-

You should then get:-
