You can feel that there is something different underneath you when you're driving as you have changed both the offset and width of the wheel, but if anything it feels a bit more surefooted.
I've changed wheel and tyre combos enough times to still make something in my brain register that there has been a change, but it doesn't affect how the car drives very much.
