Jesus is that how much they have gone down! Anyone want to work out the loss on buying a new GTi or will this go quite and or ignored.

I have no idea what you paid for your car, so lets have someone with the same year as the original post tell us how much they paid for it brand new. Or give me a rough price so I can do the sums myself  :grin:

As mines a higher spec i would say less than 21K as there was ~10% discount then.

I don't think the depreciation on a GTI or GTD is any worse than any car out there.

Got 10% off mine and then spent and am still spending a fortune. Now that's financial sense. Keeps me off the streets of fresh flesh.  :laugh:
