Before I fitted the Xenons I tried quite a lot of different bulbs and ended up with Philips BlueVision Ultra as the ones I liked the best and thought gave the best visiblity.
I drive a lot on unlit country roads in the winter months.
I think I still have the set I bought in the old headlight units, they also came with the Philips blue sidelight bulbs

Mk6 GTI 3dr | DSG | Tornado Red | 18" Monza 2 | LED Xenons | RNS510 | Bluetooth | Smoked LED tails | Cruise | Reversing Camera | TPMS | - now sold :(

Piaa Extreme White Plus Bulbs

I've got Osram Nightbreaker Plus, they are very bright and well worth the money IMO.

Are the piaa bulbs a straight swap for the ordinary bulbs (non Zenon)? and I take it you dont get any error codes like i have read for the LED number plate lights? Thanks.
