I think some of the comments are extremely disrespectful, considering nobody actually knows the full facts yet

Well the fact that pictures of him drinking a couple of hours before the crash were removed from twitter and the fact he has previous convictions for drink driving all seem to indicate that it is quite likely that he was pissed when he crashed.

Yes it all seems to INDICATE, the facts are not established yet.
I will be the first to agree with you if its found he was drunk, but until then i think a bit of repect should be shown.

You missed the bit where it describes the screen shot as a fake then?!

I won't be wasting any sympathy on some idiot who gets pissed and drives his car into a tree, killing themselves and their passenger.

You all saying you have no sympathy is wrong imo.

Yes he got drunk and drove (aparently). Every one makes a mistake. Still doesent mean he deserves to die.

Remember, someone on here got cought driving under the ifluence (not saying names as there's no point dragging it all back up). Does that mean he deserved to die, no.
Everyone makes mistakes. I bet 90% of people on here have driven after a night out, chances are you were over the limit.

Stupid mistake to drive under the influence and sadly he paid the price for it, though he didn't deserve to die.

Hopefully it will serve as a reminder next time anyone on here decides to get behind the wheel the morning after a few too many beers, or after going to the pub and having one pint.

How do you know the drink in his hand was even alcoholic, could have been a non-alcoholic beer, or a redbull tiped into a glass.

I'm sorry but even if this is true, you have to be just as stupid to get into a 911 with a drunk driver who just happens to be a nutcase anyway..

The passenger knew what he was getting himself into.. doesn't take a genius to work out that a Jackass Star + Alcohol + Sports car = BAD!!

Some of you need to come of your high horse..

The lack of respect on here is very sad. I do hope it turns out he wasn't drunk.

Ryan Dunn, the 34-year-old "Jackass" star, died in a fatal car crash on Sunday night in Pennsylvania, MTV News confirmed Monday (June 20).

According to police, the accident occurred at 3 a.m. on Route 322 and New Street in West Goshen Township. While it's unknown who was driving at the time, an unidentified passenger also died in the crash

I've just realised it's not been confirmed who was actually driving either..

Shame on the lot of you!
