qualifying should be must otherwise who decides who starts where

I should know the answers to this as I play it all the time. 

You can deffo do custom gp etc and choose the length of the race, I'll have a look tonight how it would work with quali.

Had a look and set up a saved one with Melbourne, Quali, Random weather, 30% distance, all assists allowed. I think Quali is 20 mins though!
