New Range Rover

Spotted this on the M40 tonight, badged as a Range Rover, sort of looked OK, but has none of the presence of the existing model...
Not sure if its in full production, or this was a "one off" type of thing, was also on trade plates.

Seen a few on the M5 around devon/somerset covered in whacky coloured wrap, i didn't like the sport and this one looks like it's trying to get in to the quashqai market, and what this country need most is yet another large thirsty psuedo off roader :undecided:

Then you haven't read about the car.

2.2L TD, 2WD, 130g/km CO2. ~Hardly going to contribute any more than a golf gti for example.

It's been designed to show that Landys can be low CO2 and low polluters. Doesn't look so bad, but not designed to be a 4x4. More a showcase of what they can do.

well it is a 4x4... just dont take it over any wet grass or it will get stuck. Also they cant driven during the day as its looks will make people with taste blind.

LR should stop building range rovers and only continue with the disco and defender imo

Bear in mind they drafted in Victoria Beckham to help with the design of it. :lipsrsealed:

Don't forget JLR have to get their emissions down, and as they are not part of Ford anymore, there will be more and more models like this to bring their average down.
