Hi, as you can see I live in Bournemouth.I have had an 1988 8v GTI as my everyday car for the last 6 years.During this time I seem to have replaced or repaired half the car!The paint goes pink about once a year and needs doing yet again.The car stopped last week and I am currently working my way through the electrics to find out why.As I am retired though I do have more spare time.This forum has been so helpful I don't think I could have managed without it and I am working my way through all the no start/spark posts this morning fuelled by endless cups of coffee!
