Rear wiper question

Right, somehow I've lost part of my rear wiper, the little bit that aims the water onto the rear window.

1, Is it possible to buy just this little bit?

2, Is it an MOT failure if it sprays water backwards?

Ha yeh it is quite funny spraying behind me, I've asked a few mates to check it's working only to spray them

you should be able to get it from TPS & dealers, best thing to do is pop down the scrappys

No, rear wipers and washer jets aren't checked during a MOT test.
