Would you buy from US?

Found some corvette sawblade wheels and it's gona cost $290 to ship them other to the uk. Is that a lot? or about right? There 9kg each.

Not sure if I should do it  :undecided:

I thought about it for some chevvy berretta wheels, but would have been far too expensive!

Import duty is the killer i think mate, you'll be paying that nearly again...

But if you find out any more, ill be interested, as i would actually part with some of my money for those wheels, just too tight and cant decide wat to go for..  :laugh:

Funnily enough, im looking into starting importing parts! 
Mainly U.S spec Dub parts and the like but also some cosmetics for retail over here!

If i can get it up and running i'm sure i can help you guys out with bits and bobs!
I'll let you know if i start within the next two months :afro:

Import duty will hurt, might be worth hanging on and seeing if you can get a set in the uk.

If it is any use to you i go to the biggest american car show in europe on the 7-11th july and there are always loads for sale there,as well as snowflakes,turbines etc.
If you provide me with numbers i can text you if i see some and you can come get em.

Having brought several items from America I can confirm that Import duty is an absolute mother f**k*r!
