Same part number 5M0 955 986C 9b9 water jet, heated.  The loom will be the same if you get it from Kufatec.de or Richtersport which is Kufatecs UK distributors.

You can make a loom up with 2 plugs part number 8E0 973 202, 2 x repair wires 000 979 009E these cut in half will give you 4 contacts 2 for each plug, you'll need a length of single core wire, Maplins is best for this stuff or I may have some you can have for the postage, plus you will need some tape to cover it which again I can send you for postage. 

Wiring should be easy enough on the mk6 it needs a ground so any where in the engine bay then solder the 2 wires into one and take into the car through the bulkhead(this can be done through where the bonnet pull comes through) then the wire needs to go into pin A/4 on the BCM.
