got a vento front end on my 16v and i want to smooth in the indicator and fog light area on my bumper
is there anything out there that i can fit indicators in my vento headlights

I don't know but I'm sure you could mod your own. drill small hole and put a orange bulb in. simples

Look at Bellends build thread, he's just done this to his. Basically you fit amber leds in the headlight around the edge to act as the indicator.

Remember that any kind of indication you decide to put into the headlights must be bright enough to be visible with the dipped beams turned on.

Yes and long as they can be seen.
