R32 into mk2

Apart from the obvious wireing issues what else would I need to do ? And is it as simple as removing my vr6 engine and the r32 just mounting straight up?

You would need the vr gearbox on the r32 engine for it to sit on the mounts

Well as far I have got the vr6 subframe in and I could just bolt up the r32 engine to the vr box and flywheel need to get a peloquinn diff and I'm really not sure how to get round the throttle it's fly by wire isntnit?

you need a custom downpipe, you need to put in a fly by wire throttle pedal. VR gearbox as mentioned. Wiring needs completly re-worked back to CE2. lambas, etc etc turned off (you have c2 to do all that). Aint gonna be cheap to get it all sorted, thats why Ive left it. Including engine ive worked it out to be about 2K to do it properly.
