Smashing the middle out of the bush first with a large punch and larger hammer makes it very easy! lol

had my rear beam bushes done locally by Corten-millars (near skeggy), £155 all in with powerflex bushes. 

I did the front ones myself, not to bad but a bit of a pain getting the wishbones back in, bit of brute force and a big hammer does the job!
