Mat fixings

I just got my car delivered yesterday and it has stud fixings for the mats. My previous Golf had the twist fixing, are these easy to replace? And does anyone know how much they would be?

I got one from the spares at my local dealer around 2 years ago.Can't remember the price but it was only pennies. :smiley:
