Filiform corrosion is a type of localized corrosion that is often associated with aluminum and magnesium alloys that have an organic coating.

Doesn't look like white worm to me which tends to be more random, looks like some sort of rubbing mark..

One of the reasons that put me off getting them.

That and the harsher ride, slower speed, higher cost :lipsrsealed:

Unfortunately the Vancouvers are just as prone to whiteworm as the Monzas. Diamond cut and lacquer finish.
