I actually quite like that, and I dont usually like Ibanez stuff!

Was properly let down by my RG but after playing this, it's fantastic.

I've got an RG550 that's set up like a beauty, with DiMarzio pickups.

Here's some of my wonderful and colourful collection.....

and my Gibson with a broken string!

JCM900 combo is same as mine in the studio.

Vai is ok, I prefer Joe Satriani, I've got a JS1000 too actually.

I hate top gun, infact I hate anything american if I can, even if I have got a yank tank.

I love the Dual Reverb, superb amp, just superb!

What I need to do is get the rest of my guitars out and photograph them, I've got more that I can't even remember having. I went through a patch where 'I like that, I'll buy it' and now have about 17 guitars, some of which I have not seen for years as they're sat in their cases.

My top players are my RG550 and my Les Paul.

I'm a drummer and sound engineer.
Been playing drums for around 20 years. Up until recently I had a vintage Maxwin 4 piece jazz drum kit which I had restored myself.
I have a lovely Pearl Sensitone snare, Pearl P101P kick pedal, Sabian cymbals and an African wooden djembe.
I prefer Pearl and Gretsch drum kits.

As a sound engineer, I love the sound of a Fender Jazz or a Musicman Stingray bass and the most beautiful acoustic guitars I've heard have been Lowden http://www.georgelowden.com/

Nice guitars Ant,

BTW thats not a JS its an early Radius - they are SICK. Ive got an old 440 R myself!

I've also got an as new UV77MC from 1990 - all in its original case with tags and original strings :)

DO like your Jem collection though! Never bought one as I always felt they lack feel but they do play INSANELY well - so easy! Would quite happily purchase that SK off you though :)

Cheers, I have got a JS, not got a photo of it on there. The one you say is an early radius is one of the roadstars. I'll see if I can post a photo of the 80s brochure for it.

Currently involved in a commercial project working closely with QFX [Scotland], also engineering and mastering a local hiphop artists material from Northern Ireland at the moment, as well as working on my own stuff :) some of my material:

Awesome! Pretty rare guitar there then! I've actually got the old Ibanez books (bought them all because im that sad lol!). Im not so into them as I use to be, always use to be about playing along with vai and satriani backing tracks but now just tend to play more normal stuff and put a hench solo in there when it allows haha. At the moment im after a brazilian PRS custom 22 or McCartney but finding one with a wide thin neck and a stop tail bridge in teal blue is a b!tch! ahaha
