, Ibanez RG550 ()

What's up with it?

I bought it along with a Jem7V when I was going through a glam rock phase.

It's the most ridiculous colour with a stupid mirrored rainbow pickguard.

I've had countless guitars but the only one I've always kept is the tele.

The plan with the AMF is to get a bare knuckle P90 in the bridge and a Fernandes sustainer and Seymour Duncan stacked single coil in the neck.

Sounds as though it's been modified?

It has been at some point in it's life. I'm mid strip at the moment. It's being done in sunburst with a black scratchplate and a fixed bridge.

One of mine is black, with black pickguard, maple fretboard and the other 550 is a LTD in pewter finish, mirrorish pickgaurd. I love my 550 more than my Jems to be honest, plays so well.

Went and played the AMF today. Seriously good guitar. Loads of value for money, will be a definite purchase.

I play bass when I can be arsed, just little blues licks and stuff. I have these...

And an old school HH amp which I love but is so mega rare that I cant find a pic of it

EDIT: THE ACOUSTIC BASS I HAVE IS 4 STRING NOT 5 BUT LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THAT

The entire world is a Money Pit, you just have to pick yours.

Epiphone thunderbird is a quality bass.

I've been looking for an acoustic bass for a while now... Can't afford one at the moment though, my music budget and my car budget are severely creeping into my cost of living budget!

I play bass, have a Fender Jazz S1 and a Richwood acoustic bass. The Jazz is just sweet to play, end of  Tone is properly nice and it's sunburst so it looks the part too  :cool:The Richwood sounds like ass when plugged in but is fantastic for practising. For some reason it's just so easy to fly up and down the neck on it
I'll get some photos at some stage. When talking to Jack3559 I realised I have no photos of them  :lipsrsealed:
