Lowering my Vr6

Whats the best way to go to lower my Vr6 ?
As i want to stick 16/17s alloys on my motor and want it to sit right
What brand shall i use and how much will the job set me back ?

ive got audi comp 17in alloys with 205 40 17s  ive just lowered it with fk highsport coilovers approx 70mm with no arch mods they cost me 430 quid i also replaced the suspention top mounts ,considering how low it is on 17in wheels it is a good quality ride and ive got to kids

im having a go at putting a picture on never done it before ,ive just gone outside and took a picture i just hope no one saw me in the dark and this time of night.

I lowered mine on coilovers and used tt 225 alloys with 205 40 17 tyres and have not had any body mods and i get a bit of scrapage sometimes,
could lift it up a bit i suppose  :sad: [/img]

Mines dropped 50mm on standard wheels and i suffer from scraping when going over speedbumps and coming down multi storey car parks
