Does a bear sh!t in the woods?

Depends on the current condition of your car, mileage and your driving style

If you've got a car fit for the scrap heap then don't bother remapping it.  Same applies if you like traffic light grand prix's as your clutch won't last very long

Welcome btw

Depends on how its been driven

Boost pipes and lugs will be worn so don't be surprised to be replacing those within a few thousand miles

Turbo life can be hit and miss.  Mine was remapped for 35K and went at 115K   No warning signs it was about to let go either

Turbos blow mapped or unmapped.

Clutches go mapped or unmapped.

Go forth informed

Lugs on the boost pipes - they were down due to movement so your only option is to replace

Easy 170bhp and 280lbs ft torque; depends on the tuner.  Most I saw was 182bhp and 336lbs ft   That included a turbo back exhaust

If your having a remap carried out then I would budget for a new oem clutch, your current clutch could be running on the edge of slipping and another 10lbft could tip it over the edge.   As for turbos they go when the want. 30k or 150k stock or mapped.

Remapping your car is a risk as know one knows the actual condition of the internal parts, some have there car mapped and manged to get years and 10000s of mile with out any issues, then some can have issues straight after the remap session.

I think with the 130PD 3 out for 10 remaps we carry out will suffer from clutch slip soon after, and turbo fails are around 1 in 50.
