Noise when starting car...

Hey all..

I have a noise coming from car when I start it up (only when cold though)..

Think it is from starter motor, its like a short noise of something rubbing 

Anyone had this or know what it is please, its really bugging me now.

screetch = starter motor,
tractor = secondary air pump

You dont need to if it still starts unless its doing your head in that much!

It starts fine every time but the noise is too loud and it really does bug me.. Plus people keep staring at me when it happens hahaha..

know the feeling mate mine does it almost every time i start the car cold or not lol quite embarassing when your at the garage and the person filling up next to you jumps out there skin lol the thread above shows how to take off greece up and put back on but i will wait and see if you manage to do it ok before i do mine
