R32 wheels
« on: 01 April 2005, 21:37 »
Right, i've decided on R32 wheels for my golf and was wondering whaqt they'd be like on it when i've fitted the eibach -40mm springs

Can anyone tell me if they'll be ok and if so what size tyres i'll be needing?

This also means that my genuine Audi S3 alloys and new Pirelli tyres will be up for grabs soon if anyone wants them (at a cost of course)

My wheels are 17's, don't really know what they're worth but i've just spent £200 on a pair of tyres for them

They'll be up for grabs as s.oon as i've got my hands on the R32 wheels

MMMMM, i don't think there's a place in the country that will do decent 17's for much less than that, i thought it was quite a good deal compared to what some cheeky sods wanted to charge me .

For R32 18 inch wheels you'll need 225/40/18 profile tyres.  For decent ones, it will be over a ton.
