Isnt this guy just a car dealer selling lots of cheap cars through forums, or have i missed something?

This comment seems to make him out to be a bit dodgy

I would advise anyone buying a car off this guy to be VERY carefull, Doesn't send off log books and still 4 months later hasnt given me the money he owes me, Is also still wanted by alot of guys on the celica forum
