im after new discs and pads

new discs and pads from TPS £266.66 all round.

where is the best place to get aftermarket items for cheaper i.e pagid items?

not my GTI as im an Audi S4 owner but this is for a mate of mine not into forums and cars so doesnt know where to get good stuff.

ive already got a supplier on the case from my SRS forum but wonder if you guys know what is the best for the GTI 05plate

You sure as I haven't got that PM? 

Never used them myself but they seem to get decent feedback    I replaced the rears on the Aldi with ATE pads and they seem decent if a little dusty

what size are the discs on the gti dude? euro car parts are showing different sizes i.e 280mm and 288mm aswel as 345mm

GTI is 312mm just to confuse you even more

ATE pads are they the same who make the fluid ATE super blue which is what i use?

are the discs vented aswel mate?

by the way there are lots of things that i need to ask lol

if a window switch has broken i.e pushed through the door panel is it a case of a new door switch and in and out job?

he also wants a new arm rest..... are they easy to fit?

oh and new mats lol

The front discs are 312mm vented as Rhys mentioned above and the rear discs are 286mm solid
