Here goes then first off a shot from my mates house with his and my old mk2 16v

Next up my old 1.8 driver mk3 This was a kind of gap car which i sold to my mate which carried on the good work on her unfortunately only ever took two photo's of it haha


Next came a 5 door mk3 8v gti in black really nice car but for me had to many doors and unfortunately ended up breaking it for parts  :sad:


Then came the green mk3 8v in my sig which was really the first one ive done much work too as some of you may know i crashed this before xmas on ice and was very annoyed  :angry:

Now onto my current car again a 3 door dragon green golf gti 16v ,fsh 112k The work begins hopefully ready for volksfest ! Broke my wrist 2 weeks after getting it and only had the cast off last week so i havn't been able to do much on it.
What i have done is
engine wise fitted:
Forge carbon fibre enclosed induction kit with 76mm silicon breather pipe with cold air feed
oil catch tank and isv valve breather
chrome header tank cap and rocker cover oil cap
Replaced some of the small breather pipes with 4mm silicon hoseing
Body work :
Replaced the boot off my old car with no rust anywhere and tinted rear window
Replaced back bumper with my old one due to marks on the other and tow bar cut out
Interior :
Just worked on a stereo install mostly out my old car
Sony xplode head unit, sony xplode 6x9's, sony xplode 12" 1200 watt sub and sony 600 watt 4 channel amp, sony 10 disc changer and front fly component speakers and tweaters.
Plans more engine work ordered new alloys white 17" pro race 3's coming next week  :smiley: paint callipers british racing green put my power flow 3.5" decatted exhaust on it, Quad head lights badgeless grill and maybe tint windows light smoke and other little bits







Any comments welcome open to ideas etc cheers

Agreed the seats are good but you need to loose the 307 floor mats :grin:

lol your absolutely correct consider them gone as of tomorrow morning  :grin: i havn't had much time time to do much with my broken wrist  :sad: now i can crack on and get it to how i want it  :smiley:

looking good dude like the seats what are they from ?? are they on standard frames?

Cheers mate, There out of an alfa romeo there on standard mk3 sub frames etc backs arn't an amazing fit but they connect properly and securely and look good only being two rear bucket seats now with alcantara material in the middle. Heres a pic of the rears  :smiley:

Nice looking car, but I would say ditch the aftermarket airbox, it wont be doing you any favours whatsoever, and will almost certainly be strangling your car at top whack where it needs to breathe the most.  The induction setup looks pretty, I'll grant you that, but I have tinkered with almost the exact same setup and the engine just didnt breathe properly at all, it lacked alot at top end compared to modding your existing airbox (cold air feed, some extra holes in the box cold side and aftermarket panel filter) was much less responsive.  Those filters just dont allow enough air through when you hit 5krpm and above, waste of money, as I found out for myself  :sick:

Love the seats though, look like they hold you through the corners!  :cool:
