Yeah not really an issue, most people will have their car insured continuously anyway.

I'm sure i read somewhere that they were going to make you have insurance whether it was SORN or not? i may have made that up though! i do that sometimes!  :smiley:

Problem is most the people that drive around with no insurance also have no tax either so nowt will get done. Was watching Road Wars the other night and they pulled a guy with no tax. When asked why he didn't have tax he went on the explain what a load of bollocks it all is and how the roads are in such a crap condition he doesn't think he should be paying road tax, at least he was honest :D

Usually crap happened, his piece of crap car thats not worth more than £50 will be taken and crushed, he'll be back on the road within a few days with another car that wont be taxed or insured :rolleyes:
